What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts from 20 pieces per style/colourway — ideal for startups, brands testing a new line, or small sports clubs. For accessories, MOQ may vary.
How long do samples take to produce?
Standard samples are ready in 7–10 business days from design approval. Rush samples (4–5 days) are available for a small additional fee.
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes — OEM/ODM private label is our core service. We handle everything: your logo, woven labels, hangtags, polybag packaging, and custom carton boxes, all under strict NDA.
Which countries do you export to?
We export globally. Primary markets include USA, UK, Australia, Germany, UAE, Canada, France, Netherlands, and 40+ other countries. We handle all export documentation.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept 30% advance + 70% before shipment via T/T bank transfer. PayPal is available for sampling fees. Established clients may qualify for extended terms.
Can I get custom fabrics and Pantone colour matching?
Absolutely. We offer Pantone matching, custom dyeing, and source from 200+ fabric types including performance, cotton, blended, and GOTS-certified organic materials.
