These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules that apply when you use azfaimpex.com, request a quotation, approve a sample, or place a manufacturing order with Azfa Impex.
Specific commercial terms confirmed in an official quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement will apply to the relevant order.
Orders & Quotations
All quotations are prepared according to the information provided by the buyer, including:
- Product specifications
- Estimated quantity
- Materials or product requirements
- Colours and sizing
- Branding and customization
- Packaging requirements
- Shipping destination and requirements
Pricing or production estimates may change if the buyer changes the quantity, product design, materials, branding, packaging, or shipping requirements.
A quotation does not confirm production until the order details, payment terms, and other applicable requirements have been agreed in writing.
Samples & Approvals
Samples are developed according to the references, specifications, artwork, tech packs, or instructions supplied by the buyer.
Where sample approval is required, bulk production will begin after the relevant product details, colours, branding, sizing, and specifications have been approved.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the sample and confirming any required changes before bulk production begins.
Changes requested after approval may affect the final price and production schedule.
Production & Lead Times
Production timelines depend on the product type, order quantity, materials, customization requirements, buyer approvals, and current production capacity.
Any timeline provided by Azfa Impex is an estimate unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Production or delivery may be affected by material availability, delayed buyer approvals, shipping disruptions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed separately for each order through the relevant quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.
Production and shipment will proceed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Azfa Impex may place production or shipment on hold if a required payment is delayed or remains incomplete.
Buyers should verify all payment instructions through official Azfa Impex communication channels before transferring funds.
Quality & Inspection
Azfa Impex reviews products during production and before shipment according to the approved sample, specifications, and order requirements.
The buyer should clearly confirm all important product details before production, including:
- Measurements and sizing
- Colours
- Materials
- Branding placement
- Artwork
- Packaging
- Product construction
Any applicable product tolerances or special quality requirements should be agreed in writing before production begins.
If a quality concern is identified, the buyer should contact Azfa Impex promptly and provide the relevant order details, photographs, videos, and other supporting information for review.
Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right or permission to use any materials supplied to Azfa Impex, including:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Brand names
- Artwork
- Patterns
- Designs
- Product references
Azfa Impex will not be responsible for intellectual-property claims resulting from materials or instructions provided by the buyer without proper authorization.
Buyer-provided designs, product information, and commercial details will be used for the relevant enquiry, sampling, or production requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping method, destination, freight charges, insurance, documentation, customs responsibilities, and other delivery requirements will be confirmed for each order.
Delivery dates provided by freight companies, couriers, customs authorities, or logistics providers are estimates and are not fully controlled by Azfa Impex.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, clearance fees, and local delivery costs will be handled according to the shipping terms agreed for the order.
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing as early as possible.
Any change or cancellation will be reviewed according to:
- The current production stage
- Materials already purchased
- Sampling or development work completed
- Custom branding already produced
- Packaging already prepared
- Other costs already incurred
Once materials have been purchased or production has started, cancellation or major changes may result in additional charges or may not be possible.
Any applicable cancellation or refund arrangement will depend on the written terms confirmed for the relevant order.
Website Use
The content available on azfaimpex.com, including product images, text, graphics, branding, layouts, and other materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially reused without written permission.
Product information, images, availability, and website content may be updated when necessary.
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not automatically create a manufacturing contract or confirm an order.
